Mentorship, Sponsorship, and Women

A mentor is defined as someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced person in that role.

Mentoring and sponsoring opens doors that some women don’t know exist, or don’t know how to access. Once the doors are opened, mentors and sponsors can serve as advocates to mentees to help chart successful careers. This will advance the opportunity to improve women’s representation in the aviation industry.
