Secretariat Staff
The IFALPA Secretariat is the Federation’s permanent body, supporting the implementation of its strategy and the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Working closely with the Executive Board and Member Associations, the Secretariat ensures the effective coordination of IFALPA’s activities across all areas, including governance, administration, finance, communications, and external engagement. It also supports the Federation’s work with international institutions and industry stakeholders, helping to advance global aviation safety, security, and professional standards.
The Secretariat’s Directors lead key functional areas, bringing expertise and oversight to their respective domains and ensuring the effective delivery of IFALPA’s programmes and services. Together, the Secretariat ensures continuity, professionalism, and the consistent advancement of the Federation’s objectives.
