IFALPA Industrial Relations Support for Members

Mutual Assistance Requests allow Member Associations to access support from IFALPA and our global network of pilot associations before, during, and after disputes or collective bargaining negotiations. The service is designed to provide guidance, coordinate resources, and strengthen collective efforts while respecting each association’s autonomy and their unique context and circumstances.

Associations seeking assistance should contact IFALPA Headquarters and the Professional & Government Affairs Officer promptly to ensure an effective, coordinated response. Mutual Assistance also encourages associations to consider broader strategic objectives and to combine support with tailored guidance from IFALPA’s Member Association Consults, maximizing the impact of collective action and knowledge sharing across the global pilot community.
