Abstract
IFALPA and IFATCA have identified the possibility of a cyber-attack against an aircraft, ground facility, or other critical infrastructure to be a significant threat that may cause unsafe situations or ultimately even loss of life. The purpose of this paper is to articulate this threat and suggest ways in which it might be addressed.
