Representative training equips the safety representative to effectively represent their Pilot Association to airport managers and operators.

• Part 2-Runway Excursions
• Part 3-Post Accident Survivability
• Wildlife Mitigation and Control Measures
• Visual Aids Refresher
• Legislation for LRST

How to Participate

• ALR in Action

Pre-requisites

• Completed the E-learning pre-course study
• Motivated to work on a Local Runway Safety Team
• Approval of Member Association

Who should attend

• New pilot Air Safety Representatives, as part of the ISS
• Local Runway Safety Team Representatives

Desired knowledge and skills on completion

• Demonstrate a functional knowledge of IFALPA Safety and Technical  structure
• Understand the issues related to runway and taxiway safety
• Capable of working effectively with  other members of Local Runway Safety Team, as the pilot representative
